Activate Your sixth Sense

It wasn't until I settled in when I truly understood why this eco boutique hotel chain was called six senses.

Sitting at the edge of our villa's infinity pool sipping on my fresh coconut water, I felt the sun's rays gently warming my skin; inhaled deeply the salty air that infiltrated my lungs; savored the tropical sweetness of the coconut juice; listened to the sounds of wild birds chirping in nearby trees; and took in the calming scenery saturated all over with hues of blues and greens.

These sensations combined transcended me to a whole other level and activated the sixth sense within me.

That sixth sense for me was my spirituality.

All of a sudden, I became aware of this intangible yet deep-rooted connection between me and the environment around me.

I felt not like a separate entity to nature, but like one with nature.

There, reconnected with the simple realities of our living and breathing planet, I felt alive and complete.

What makes you feel alive and complete? Do something today that will activate your sixth sense.
